I have a 13 gallon Campbell Hausfeld compressor. I was using it on a regular basis until the other day. When I plugged it into the outlet and turned the switch on there was no response to the compressor. I have zero pressure in the tank. Usually when I turn it on and release the relief plug the pressure usually drops to 25 lbs of pressure on the gauge. Do I need a pressure switch or do you expect there are other problems? Thank you.
Then, check power at the plug? Power into the pressure switch? Power to the motor side of the switch? Power to the start capacitor (watch it as the capacitor may have a charge)? If power is getting past the pressure switch with the tank empty of air, then it’s likely NOT the switch. Please advise.

You don’t indicate the model. I’ve located one of their 13 gallon models and uploaded it so people can see what we are talking about.

In order to find out the issue on the compressor, you’ll want to trace the power. First off, dump all the air from the tank and close the drain.
